Valley is just a watered down version of Stadium and Canyon. Either you do some little turns because of the car's stiffness or you do some loopings in which you just press forward. You can tell theyve definitely spent their fair share of time playing with Line Rider. Especially the memory leak issue seems to be the biggest problem of the game. That’s why I created a useful guide for those who have low fps, freezing, memory leak, and stuttering problems in Trackmania. The plus side is that testing it is very quick and easy. There may be people who have performance issues in the new Trackmania game, which is free to play.
That, to some people means a Power Slide. I have made one of these (admittedly nowhere near as badass) and thats exactly what it is. But there is so much confusion with the wording of drifts in TM.

Most of the time it feels like Stadium with a worse car or Stadium but bad track design. The drift in Trackmania you are referring to - The Full Speed Drift, actually speeds you up and is the only drift in TM to do so. The tracks feel cheap, uninspired and uncreative. You will rarely use the drift, because it's only useful in sharp turns, otherwise it's really unreliable and you often end up drifting too much even though you only wanted to take a slight turn.
You get used to it, but this isn't acceptable when the game focusses so much on dirt tracks.Īlso, they copied Canyon’s drift but far worse. You try to steer left and the car goes full 90° mode. A cam 3 would've been helpful to ditch the problem.įurthermore, this car is at high speeds stiff as hell, but when you're on dirt it's sensitive and has almost no grip. The car's juicy butt is a big handicap, because you sometimes can't see incoming obstacles.
